Are you trying to make a plan for your financial future? Are you frustrated by the investment industry and all its jargon? In this class, you will learn a commonsense approach to making a financial plan and will learn exactly how to invest your money to get on track toward your goals. Most importantly, you will learn how to get your finances organized so you can sleep at night without financial worry.
What you will learn
- How to make a plan for all of your financial obligations — including college and retirement
- How to select appropriate investments to get on track toward your goals
- How to coordinate all of your accounts, including retirement, college savings and general savings
- How to select from the menu of fund choices available in your 401(k) or 403(b)
- How to think about Social Security as part of your retirement plan
About the Instructor: Adam M. Grossman, CFA
Adam Grossman is a personal finance author and teacher. You can find his writing on the personal finance website HumbleDollar, on the finance industry website SeekingAlpha and on his own blog. His upcoming book, a personal finance guide for individual investors, is titled You Can Outsmart Wall Street.
